Herbes de la Garrigue

Herbes de la Garrigue is named for the sun-baked scrubland of southern France where these Mediterranean herbs grow wild. We've built on the traditional Provençal herbs—thyme, savory, basil, marjoram—to create something more assertive and unrefined. Piney, earthy, and herbal, with peppermint that opens up the other flavors and fennel seed that anchors everything with a subtle sweetness underneath.

The easiest place to start? Rub it on lamb, chicken, or pork before grilling or roasting. Also excellent in focaccia or rustic breads, stirred into white beans, or sprinkled over roasted vegetables with olive oil.
